In 2010, Paulo Etnarama founded Phonix Records to support fresh acts producing twilight psytrance. Later that year Ishikawa joined the label as a co-manager and together they worked to achieve their vision.
Today, Ishikawa and Gayle Adams manage the label and boast a roster of artists and Djs from around the world.
